Access to the information is easily managed with 'Report Categories' assigned to all reports. These categories allow reports to be quickly and simply grouped and assigned to appropriate users.
All data presented in a FlexiPurchase report is transportable and easy to use outside the solution. Reports can be copied directly to common desktop software products such as MS Excel and MS Access, and the Data Extract Service (extract files are available in either a TAB delimited format or as a flexible XML file of a format to the customers choosing) allows users to search for and directly extract transactional data for analysis and reporting using third party applications.
