Email Management
Employees can be contacted at any time through the course of a period via the E-mail Management module available on FlexiPurchase.
The Administrator is able to send e-mails to individuals or groups, based on the status of the transaction, statement or stage in the approval process.
To simplify communications even further, FlexiPurchase provides your organisation with the ability to automate e-mail notifications. The Automated E-mail Service allows you to build an e-mail template and then attach e-mail components to it. These components can be event-based, or based on items requiring user attention.
The Automated E-mail Service is fully HTML enabled, meaning each e-mail can display the relevant information within the e-mail.
