All information and intellectual property contained within FlexiPurchase remains strictly the property of National Australia Group and Spendvision. You will not share, distribute or in anyway publish information or ideas contained within this site to any external party without prior written authorization by both National Australia Group and Spendvision. You may share information internally and privately within you organisation on the understanding that this information will only be used for training or further product awareness; this excludes any form of competitive product development.
Any breach of this agreement will result in prosecution under international intellectual property laws.
National Australia Group and Spendvision will not be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages or any other damages whatsoever, whether in an action of contract, statute, tort (including, without limitation, negligence) or otherwise, relating to the use of this site.
All names, suppliers and accounts that are used are for demonstration and illustrative purposes only.
Access to this site may be terminated, restricted or modified freely at the discretion of National Australia Group and Spendvision.
