FlexiPurchase treats cash like a transaction and utilises its powerful approval engine to offer you a very flexible and customised approval process for cash expenses. You can define approval process rules for groups of employees based on a large number of claim characteristics.
FlexiPurchase also allows an employee to record the currency in which the expense was incurred, and where appropriate, select what currency they wish to receive their reimbursement in.
FlexiPurchase can also apply currency conversion rates that can be managed within the system or entered manually by the employee.
