Intuitive Questionnaires (Spend Wizards)
The Spend Wizard module (SW) has been designed to assist organisations to capture additional information on transactions where required.
Typically it is used for transactions relating to travel and entertainment, or where there is a requirement for additional information due to Fringe Benefits Tax implications.
However, this module is unique due to the flexibility it provides you to customise its structure to fit within your organisation.
Many customers utilise the questionnaires for their own requirements outside travel and entertainment, such as capturing information around asset purchases. Some organisations require their users to complete questionnaires for every transaction due to the depth and accuracy of information they can provide.
